Vanity Married a Future Triple Murderer

She was Prince’s protégé, the face of Vanity 6, and a movie star. Then Denise Matthews nearly died, walked away from fame, and married a man whose crimes the world would only learn about decades later. Her death in 2016 came just weeks after his sentencing, and Prince followed two months later. Did Hollywood break her, or did she save herself?
